How long will my order take?
Most products are ready in 2–5 business days after payment and proof approval. Each product page lists its production time. Rush service is available — call us.
Do I get a proof?
Yes. If we adjust your artwork, or if you ask for one, we send a digital proof to your account and by text/email. Nothing prints until you approve it.
What files can I upload?
PDF, PNG, JPG, SVG, AI, EPS, PSD and TIFF up to 50 MB. For best results use 300 DPI at the final size, include 0.125" bleed on flat prints, and outline fonts in vector files.
What is bleed and the safe area?
Bleed is the extra 1/8" of background past the trim line so there are no white edges after cutting. Keep text and logos inside the dashed safe line in the design studio.
Can you design it for me?
Absolutely. Choose “have our designers create it” on any product, tell us what you want, and we will send you a proof.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes — prices drop automatically at higher quantities (typically 12, 24, 48 and 96+ for apparel). For very large orders, request a quote.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, choose Local pickup at checkout. We text you when it is ready at 1860 SW Fountainview Blvd, Ste #1045, Port St. Lucie, FL 34986.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay (via Stripe), PayPal and Venmo. In-store we also accept cash.
